About the course
4/5 days per week are spent in school. You will receive regular feedback on your teaching and gradually increase the number of hours you spend teaching over the year. We work with Kent and Medway training who monitor your performance and provide training support across the year.
You will be interviewed by the head of department for the subject you apply for, along with a representative from KMT.
How school placements work
You will work in two schools. The majority in your A placement and 6 weeks in a contrasting school for your B placement.
